There are four tiers of IAFF-MG membership: Full, Associate, Life* and Associate Life*.
Currently, the annual dues for new Full members are $50, and for Associate Members dues are $25. Dues for Life and Associate Life members are reduced. All dues are paid annually.
*Life membership status is achieved with 10 consecutive years of active, dues-paying participation as a Full or Associate member.
First and foremost, the IAFF-MG must be self-sustaining, as the resolution passed at the IAFF 2004 Convention was without per capita support. Your dues are used to support IAFF-MG events held annually throughout the United States and Canada. As a member of an IAFF-MG state or local chapter, half of your paid annual dues stay with your chapter to support your chapter events. These can include meetings, RTEs (rides-to-eat), sponsored charity rides and other events.
Dues are paid annually. You can pay your IAFF-MG Arizona Chapter dues online using Venmo, or send a check with your dues payment form. The IAFF-MG sends out the renewal notices to all IAFF-MG members every October for the upcoming year and will post an article on the IAFF-MG website.
As an IAFF-MG AZ Chapter member you must pay your dues to your Chapter, which will then submit member dues to the IAFF-MG national office.
To join the IAFF-MG Arizona Chapter, you will need your Union Local number and your IAFF union member number (found on your IAFF union card).
