1. Must I own a Harley-Davidson motorcycle to join the IAFF-MG?
No. While the IAFF-MG Constitution and By-laws encourages members to buy and ride “union made” motorcycles manufactured in the U.S. or Canada, it is not a requirement. MG members ride all kinds of bikes and trikes... Harley-Davidson, Honda, Star, Victory, BMW, Can-AM. You may join if you ride a motorcycle and wish to share the experience and promote the IAFF to others.
2. Can I join the IAFF-MG if I don't own a motorcycle?
Yes, you can join the IAFF-MG. You do not have to own a motorcycle but you do need a motorcycle license to join the IAFF-MG.
3. Does the IAFF-MG have Associate membership?
Yes, the IAFF-MG offers Associate membership to the immediate family members and the significant others of IAFF-MG Members. Those seeking Associate membership in the IAFF-MG must be sponsored by an IAFF-MG Active or Life member. IAFF-MG Associate members are only authorized to wear the "center" portion of the IAFF-MG Colors.
4. Do I have to be an IAFF-MG Member to buy the Colors or merchandise?
Yes and No... It is a requirement to be an IAFF-MG Member to purchase and wear the IAFF-MG Colors, but you do not have to be an IAFF-MG member to purchase other IAFF-MG merch.
5. How do I order IAFF-MG colors and custom merchandise?
You must order your IAFF-MG Colors through the IAFF’s On-Line Store at (iaffonlinestore.com).

7. Does the IAFF-MG allow for "dual" memberships?
Yes, the IAFF-MG does permit "dual" membership with other motorcycle clubs and/or groups as long as they are not deemed "outlaw" or 1% clubs.
8. Are there 3rd-party membership benefits?

9. Are there Dues for IAFF-MG Membership?
Yes, dues are required for IAFF-MG membership.
There are four tiers of IAFF-MG membership: Active, Associate, Life* and Life* Associate.
The current annual dues for Active members are $100, and for Associate Members dues are $50. Dues for Life members and Life Associate members are reduced by 1/2.
*Life membership status is achieved with 10 consecutive years of active, dues-paying participation as a Full or Associate member.
10. How often must I pay dues?
IAFF-MG membership dues are paid annually in October and in advance for the coming year. State and Local IAFF-MG Chapter members will pay their dues to their chapter. Chapter-unaffiliated members will pay their annual dues directly to the IAFF National online.
11. What do my dues get me?
The IAFF-MG is directed to be self-sustaining, without per capita support from the IAFF. Your dues are used to help support the many IAFF-MG events held throughout the year across the United States and Canada. Active members have access to the Annual International MG Rally and other IAFF-MG District events. You also get the privilege of wearing the IAFF-MG colors on a vest or jacket.
As a member of an IAFF-MG State or Local Chapter, half of your paid annual dues will stay with your Chapter to support your Chapter's events. These can include Chapter meetings, day rides & RTEs (rides-to-eat), sponsored charity rides and other events.
12. How do I join the IAFF-MG Arizona Chapter?
To join the IAFF-MG Arizona Chapter, you will need your Union Local number and your IAFF union member number (found on your IAFF union card).
With that info at hand, click this link to download the AZ Chapter Membership packet. Print and fill out the Dues Payment form and the Ride Waiver form included in the packet, then return them to IAFF-MG AZ Chapter, along with your dues payment, at the address or email listed in the packet. Note that payment can also be accepted via Venmo using the info in the membership packet.
As an IAFF-MG AZ Chapter member you must pay your dues to your Chapter, which will then submit your member dues to the IAFF-MG National office.
